Having recently had a £440 million investment, Westgate shopping centre in the centre of Oxford has everything you could possibly want with shops open from 10am to 8pm. Including a flagship John Lewis store, a plethora of new restaurants and bars, a boutique cinema and rooftop dining. We recommend hopping on one of the frequent buses to get to Westgate as the carpark can fill up very quickly.
Just 5 minutes away from us is Summertown, a vibrant shopping and business centre. There is an abundance of restaurants and bars along this stretch of Banbury road, majority of which are independently owned (we recommend Joes). As well as independent bakeries, patisseries and chemists. There is also a weekly farmers market with plenty of local, organic produce for sale- ask at reception for more details.
A designer outlet shopping village which has also undergone major extension and redevelopment. The village boasts a selection of 160 world- famous brands offering discount along with a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are also luxury services on offer such as hands-free shopping, valet parking and the award-winning Bicester visitor centre.
Oxford is filled with theatres and performing arts companies, so you needn’t worry about finding something to do in the evening. Theatres worth looking up listings for are The New Theatre, The Oxford Playhouse, OFS Studio (previously known as Old Fire Station Theatre) and The North Wall (based in Summertown). It is also worth looking up the eccentric Creation Theatre Company who perform classic literature in unusual locations across the city.

The park boasts many things to keep you occupied, a few of which include an aviary, miniature golf, a miniature railway (April- October), and a café with hot food and drinks. April- October you can also catch a hot air balloon flight from the park to see the sights from above.

The palace is open all year round for visitors and hosts plenty of events throughout the year such as their Christmas festival of lights.
The London Oxford airport is the only commercial airport between London Heathrow and Birmingham. The airport has been the fastest growing for private and business aviation in the UK since 2007 and offers a lower cost, easy access and smarter London alternative.
